What's happening at Cheam Road!AGM - New Club Captain Elected! (February 25, 2009)
Phil Sampson is the new club captain for 2009 following the Annual General Meeting last night. His Vice-Captain will be Gary Outram.
Phil is a very experienced cricketer, having played at first class level. A specialist fast bowler, Phil is no mean batsman, either! Everyone at the club wishes him and Gary well for the new season.
Captain of the 2nds will is Richard Day and his Vice Captain will be Krish Dwarka.

After each match, a fee is payable by each team captain/manager to the club treasurer of: £20.00 per senior fixture; £10.00 per colts fixture. Individual match playing fee is set by the team captain/manager on each match day. |
The following rule addition was accepted:
Upon dissolution of the Club:
(A) The Committee shall proceed to realise the assets of the Club and discharge all debt and other liabilities of the Club; and
(B) After discharging all debts and other liabilities of the Club, the Committee shall dispose of the monies and the other assets remaining to one or more cricket clubs and/or other sports clubs with a cricket section.
