Aged between 16 and 25 years old? Chris Bullen, Surrey Cricket Board Development Manager, is looking for some help. He writes:
“I am writing to inform you of an opportunity for some of your younger cricketers to help mould the way the game is promoted and pushed in Surrey through their involvement in an exciting ECB and Surrey Cricket Pilot Project taking place during half term.
Surrey and ECB are looking for 3-7 young people aged between 16 and 25 years old to come along to Wimbledon Cricket Club on Wednesday 18th February from 10am-4pm.
The day will be spent working with professionals from the ECB and Surrey Cricket with a key focus being on looking at how we can attract more people into the game within the 16-25 age group as currently a drop off is seen post-16 within the game. Food and drink throughout the day will be provided and it is hoped that a Surrey Player will make an appearance at the session during the day.!
If you are interested or know someone who may be interested please contact Chris Clapham, who will pass-on your details to Bullo.
