A COURSE IN CRICKET UMPIRING! (September 24, 2007)
East Surrey Association of Cricket Umpires and Scorers are holding a first level course for Umpires over two weekends in early 2008 at Caterham School.
This course is suitable for those without any qualification in umpiring. Previous experience of umpiring is useful but not essential. An examination is available at the end of the course for those wishing to gain a qualification.
The course will take place on Saturday/Sunday, February 16 & 17 and Saturday/Sunday, March 1 & 2. The course fee of £30 includes all course materials and membership of East Surrey ACU&S. Lunch is not provided. The course starts at 0930 and finishes at 1630 (approx) each day.
