As part of the coach education programme we are running safeguarding and protecting children and first aid courses to run alongside the UKCC courses. At the moment bookings are low on 2 of these courses in October and we have spaces available for people on:

Tuesday 16th October - Safeguarding and Protecting Children - 7-10pm @ Hazelwood School in Oxted (this course is useful for Child Welfare Officers as well as potential coaches)

Wednesday 17th October - First Aid - 7-10pm @ Hazelwood School in Oxted

The safeguarding course is £20 per person and the first aid course will be £15 per person and booking forms for both are attached. Its worth getting on these courses if you are planning to become a coach this year as you will not get your certificate until you have attended both of these courses (and completed a CRB).
