Sutton and Surrey U14 colt, Josh Taylor, claimed a ‘hat-trick’ in last Sunday’s victory against Warlingham CC’s Academy, in the Surrey Trust League Zone 2 fixture. 

At 116-4, chasing 181, Warlingham had every chance; but Josh’ intervention at that moment was a deciding factor in the Trust XI’s victory.  116-7 rapidly became 156 all out and the Trust XI march on.

Two years ago Josh had a hat-trick for Sutton Colts v Alleyns & Honor Oak.  He also tends to get his wickets in clusters.  These include a recent 5 for 4 for his school, as well as another 4 for 5 to add to a 4 for 5 last year!   (Lord Nutter of Hunslet.)
