Honours for our colts! (July 07, 2007)
Sutton CC’s Josh Allen, Elliot Daly, Josh Taylor and Sam Woods, have all been selected again to represent the County at U14 level. They play in the match against Essex at Horsley & Send this Monday, July 16th.
After winning Group 8 of the ECB U14 county competition regional stages, the county face a quarter-final fixture against Middlesex, on July 25th.
Charlie Dennis, another of our U14s and also a county regular, won’t be making either fixture, unfortunately. He’s out injured for potentially, the remainder of the season. The club wishes Charlie a speedy recovery.
Not to be outdone, Josh Allen’s younger brother, Harry, ('Aitch as he now known courtesy of Peter Edwards,) has been selected for the county U11 side game vs Berkshire on Tuesday 17/7/07, and also for the U11 squad to compete at the Shrewsbury ECSA Festival, later this month. 26/7/07.
Congratulations also to U10 Matthew Gardener and U9s Jonathan Eales, who have been chosen for their age group squad.
